What Scripture Helps When Faith Feels Weak?
Second Corinthians 12:9 reveals God's response to weakness: 'My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.' Weak faith is still faith, and God's strength shows up precisely where yours runs out.
What Scripture Says
"But He said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me."
2 Corinthians 12:9"Truly I tell you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."
Matthew 17:20"In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know how we ought to pray, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groans too deep for words."
Romans 8:26"But those who wait upon the LORD will renew their strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not faint."
Isaiah 40:31Going Deeper
When faith feels weak, it's easy to believe you need more before God can work. But Jesus says faith the size of a mustard seed moves mountains. God's power does not depend on the size of your faith — it depends on the size of your God. And when you are too weak even to pray, the Holy Spirit prays for you. You are never beyond the reach of God's grace.
