The short answer

Psalm 4:8 says, 'I will lie down and sleep in peace, for You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety.' When worry keeps you awake, you can rest in the truth that God is watching over you through the night.

Going Deeper

There is something uniquely vulnerable about lying awake at night with a mind that won't stop. But Scripture offers this comfort: you can sleep because God doesn't. He is the keeper who never slumbers, watching over you through every dark hour. You don't have to solve everything tonight — God is already awake, already at work, already holding you.
