How Do I Find Hope in God?
Finding hope in God begins not with feeling hopeful, but with choosing to look toward Him even when hope feels distant. Scripture promises that God is faithful even when our feelings are not, and that He rewards those who seek Him.
What Scripture Says
"Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen."
Hebrews 11:1"Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why the unease within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise Him, my Savior and my God."
Psalm 42:11"Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you believe in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
Romans 15:13"Because of the loving devotion of the LORD we are not consumed, for His mercies never fail."
