The short answer

Matthew 11:28 is Jesus' direct invitation to the stressed and overburdened: 'Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.' He offers real relief, not just encouragement.

Going Deeper

Stress makes everything feel urgent and heavy. Jesus doesn't tell you to try harder or manage better — He says come to Me. His yoke is not another burden on top of what you're carrying; it's an exchange. You bring your exhaustion, and He gives you His peace. The world offers temporary relief; Jesus offers rest for your soul.
