The short answer

When you're overwhelmed, God says: 'Come to Me, and I will give you rest.' He doesn't expect you to have it all together. He invites you to bring your exhaustion and overwhelm directly to Him.

What Scripture Says

"Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Matthew 11:28

"From the ends of the earth I call out to You, whenever my heart grows faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I."

Psalm 61:2

"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble."

Psalm 46:1

"We are pressed on all sides, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair."

2 Corinthians 4:8

Going Deeper

Being overwhelmed doesn't mean you've failed — it means you're human. David cried out to God when his heart was faint, and God led him to solid ground. Paul admitted to being pressed on every side, yet found that God's strength was enough. When everything feels like too much, God's first word to you is not 'try harder' but 'come.'
