The short answer

The Bible acknowledges that feeling alone is deeply painful, and it consistently assures you that God's presence is not dependent on whether anyone else is standing beside you.

What Scripture Says

"Where can I go to escape Your Spirit? Where can I flee from Your presence?"

Psalm 139:7

"If I ascend to the heavens, You are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, You are there."

Psalm 139:8

"Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are Mine."

Isaiah 43:1

"And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Matthew 28:20

"Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, for God Himself has said, 'Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you.'"

Hebrews 13:5
